August 10, 2018 Happy TGIF — though it’s still Thursday PM here … Don’t know about you, but I detest the feeling of being behind in my work — which is precisely how I’ve been feeling for a couple of weeks now [& you know why!]. Truth is, this feeling provided the impetus to send you two cartoon Classics today. For sure, you’ll get your BACK TO SCHOOL & FESTIVAL toons next week as promised, but they’re time-sensitive locally — i.e., there’s no telling when they’ll apply in your backyard, since you’re located somewhere between Fayette AL & Valdez AK. Quite a spread for me to cover, eh? HA! This first cartoon ought to run anytime, anywhere — i.e., while the good-weather months prevail.
