August 3, 2018 Good morning … Yep, your cartoonist is finally operational again [keyword, “FINALLY!!!”]. And I’m sending you two toons this AM. Need I say? — I’ve haven’t been able to put in my traditional cartooning hours for the past two weeks, so I’ve reached deeply into my Cartoon Archive for these toons, with very little time to work on them. The toon attached here is a pretty silly one — but should run well everywhere. That is, everywhere LOCAL GOVT. exists & locals do their iconoclastic local thing. I’m including four versions.
