May 24, 2018 Okay, folks ... Here's my second FISHIN' cartoon for the day. In my earlier note I wrote of how the drawing of kids & four-footed critters in my fishin'-related stuff is one reason that makes FISHIN' my favorite subject to toon. Well — seems I neglected to mention the fish!!! And I really do enjoy dreaming up fish characters. In fact, fish are the only animate creatures you'll find in this particular toon — i.e., them & a verrrry alluring worm. Yep, no humans or other mammals are present. Instead, it features a couple of fish discussing the scary prospects of being a limbless, cold-blooded, water-based vertebrate with gills & fins in a world that is only concerned with their species as a tasty entree — or trophy.
