April 12, 2018 Me again ... Here's my second YARDSALE cartoon pick for this week, again focusing on the incredible passions generated by local "sales" on weekends down home. Only, this time the focus is mostly on economics. By "economics" I'm not referring to the swell deals folks encounter in their relentless, madcap YARDSALE escapades, but to the massive impact that YARDSALES have on the local economic base. Yep, of course, I'm exaggerating. But then, exaggeration is another of those precious tools us 'toonists constantly rely on — which are at the root of what makes our toons funny.
