February 23, 2018 Here ya go, TAXES cartoon #2 ... This toon comes at the filing of tax returns from quite a different angle, one easily recognizable by everybody now & then — cheaters et al, eh? HA! BTW: Though the cartoon can run anytime before Tax Day, it's likely to have more impact in early April! As I glance at the toon again, I have to wonder who's calling. Couldn't be his kids, could it? Naaaw. The kids never call. That is, unless they're broke — which is not what that anxious guy needs to hear right now!
