February 8, 2018 Good morning ... I'm sending you TWO cartoons today dealing with POSTAL RATEHIKES, via separate emails. This first one deals with the President's efforts to prevent Amazon & other online sellers from getting "richer" with their free shipping practices. Which begs the question — is the pot calling the kettle black? HA! BTW: Yep, I've taken cartoonist license in my slightly abbreviated spelling of "rate hike."
