I meet 3 types of Special Requests:

1) I will check my files to see what I have
to meet your needs.
2) Or I will "localize" one of my toons for you.
3) Or I will create a NEW toon for an issue
in your area. (This often depends on how
well it adapts to other areas I draw for).
I only do a limited number of these
.. but NEVER hesitate to ask.
